Return, Exchange, and Replacement Policy

We at the CWC Interiors Store strive to exceed your quality and service expectations. We will gladly accept applications for return, exchange and/or replacement of products, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Any customer who purchased a product online from the CWC Interiors Store may apply for return, exchange and/or replacement up to three calendar (3) days when the order is received or collected by the customer by calling CWC Interiors Store's Customer Care Department by phone at +(+63 2 7757 0194 or +63 917 123 0478) and by email at marketing@cwc.com.ph.

  2. Any product purchased online from the CWC Interiors Store may be returned to, exchanged by and/or replaced by CWC Interiors Store only if the product supplied by CWC Interiors Store is damaged, defective or the product received is different from the product that was ordered.

  3. CWC Interiors Store shall process any application for return, exchange and/or replacement provided that the official receipt is surrendered to CWC Interiors Store and the product is returned to CWC Interiors Store in its new condition, original packaging and with complete accessories, manuals, booklets, warranty cards, accessories, freebies and packing materials or any other things/items which were delivered to the customer along with the product being returned and/or replaced.

  4. In case of application for exchange or application for replacement, CWC Interiors Store shall only approve the application if the exchanged product or replacement product is available in its inventory. Otherwise, the application for exchange or application for replacement will be disapproved and the customer may apply for refund.

  5. Once the application for exchange or application for replacement is approved by CWC Interiors Store, CWC Interiors Store shall make the necessary arrangement for delivery or collection of the exchanged product or replacement product.

  6. Once the application for return is approved by CWC Interiors Store, the price of the product less shipping and other charges, if any, will be processed by CWC Interiors Store for refund.

  7. Any eligible refund will be initiated by CWC Interiors Store through banks or payment gateway service providers, within seven (7) to ten (10) working days from the approval of the application for return. However, the price of the product less shipping and other charges, if any, will be credited to customer's bank account/credit card/debit card within such time as taken by banking channels to process refund transaction. The customer agrees to at CWC Interiors Store shall not be liable in any manner in case of delay in the processing of the refunds by banks or payment gateway service providers.

  8. This policy does not apply to purchases of promotional and discounted products which are subject to specific conditions on return, exchange and replacement.

    Refunding of Payments

    Refunds for credit and debit card payments will be credited back to the original payment method. For other methods, you can receive a CWC Interiors gift card or a bank check via registered mail. Refunds are processed within 30 working days.
